These Terms govern your use of sobga-solutions.com and services offered by Grantel Sobga, doing business as Sobga Solutions (“we,” “us”). By using the site or our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We design and set up automated messaging, scheduling and AI-assisted front-desk systems for businesses. Specific deliverables, fees and timelines for clients are set out in a signed proposal or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
2. Demo
Our demo assistant is for demonstration only. It is not a real medical practice and does not provide medical advice. Do not rely on it for any health decision.
3. SMS Terms (Text Messaging Program)
- Program: Sobga Solutions text messages about your inquiry, demo, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups.
- Opting in: you opt in by entering your mobile number in the chat widget on our website and checking its optional consent box, or by texting or calling our number first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency varies, typically 1-6 messages per inquiry.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for your plan details.
- Opt out: reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time. You’ll receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to rejoin.
- Help: reply HELP, or email hello@sobga-solutions.com, or call (786) 574-6605.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy at sobga-solutions.com/privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information.
5. Intellectual property
Site content belongs to us. Client-specific materials are licensed as stated in the client agreement.
6. No guarantees except as written
Except for any guarantee stated in a signed client agreement, services are provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee specific business results, and we never guarantee any treatment outcome for a client’s patients.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
Florida law governs these Terms. Venue is Miami-Dade County, Florida.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms and will post the new date above.
