• Appointment details you choose to provide when booking.

• Call and text records (time, number, content) when you contact our number.

• To respond to your inquiry, provide demos, schedule and remind you of appointments, and deliver our services.
• To send text messages you have agreed to receive (see “SMS / Text Messaging” below).
• To send business emails related to your inquiry. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve our website and services, and to comply with law.

If you opt in to receive text messages from Sobga Solutions, we use your mobile number only to send messages about your inquiry, demo, appointments and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and messaging platform providers, is permitted only to deliver our messages. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our CRM and messaging platform, payment processor and email provider), under confidentiality obligations; when required by law; or to protect our rights.

Our website and demo are not for medical questions. Please don’t send health information through our forms or texts. For our med spa clients, we configure systems to minimize health information and follow the client’s privacy obligations.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@sobga-solutions.com. Opt out of texts by replying STOP; opt out of email using the unsubscribe link or by replying.

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
